Risks
Limits and risks.
Read this before holding ORBIS or sending anything to the contract.
- Experimental software.
- Not independently audited.
- Not financial advice.
- Fees exist only if trading happens, so amounts can be small or zero.
- You can lose everything you put in.
- Not affiliated with Robinhood.
- Holding ORBIS gives no ownership of, or claim on, any company or asset beyond the fee distribution described here.
- Smart contract risk: a bug could lock or misallocate ETH. The contract is not independently audited.
- Amounts can be small or zero: at launch ETH arrives only through voluntary deposits; there is no automatic fee source.
- Market risk: the token price can fall to zero. You can lose everything you put in.
- Admin risk: limits and exclusions can change through the timelock. Deposits can be paused for a limited time.
- Chain risk: Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum Orbit chain with a sequencer; outages or reorgs before L1 posting are possible.
- Legal risk: rules in your country may restrict holding or using the token.
- Interface risk: this website can be wrong or unavailable. The contract is the source of truth.
